Breakfast: Reliv drink, 9-grain bread
Lunch: leftover chili, 1 oatmeal pancake (so moist it didn't need syrup)
Snack: raw baby carrots
Supper: more chili with crunched tortilla chips in it (I'm all chilied out!)
Water: not sure, about 40-48 oz.
Need to eat more fruits and veggies!
